Lornets establishes the constraint and required operating state first, then chooses the least disruptive response that can meet it. That may mean no change, targeted hardening or refactoring, a hybrid transition or migration.

Dr Anas Almharat is the founder and Technical Director of Lornets, with more than 15 years of experience across engineering, software, AI and consulting. His career includes taking AI systems from prototype into highly regulated production environments, leading multidisciplinary technical teams and working on systems supporting critical operations serving millions of customers.

His broader experience spans banking and financial services, defence, aerospace, health, energy and technology, across large organisations, startups and consulting environments.
